How it works
Razoyo builds the reporting
We pull the reports and records your reporting depends on and shape them into the picture you'd otherwise assemble by hand — for one company or for many.
It arrives by email
Reporting goes out on the schedule you agree with Razoyo, to the recipients you designate. Nothing new to log into, nothing to remember to open.
What we do with your books
Your accounting data is the most sensitive thing a business hands over. Here is the whole of what Razoyo Insights does with it.
- Read-only, always
- We request reports and records from QuickBooks Online and never write to your books. Nothing we do can change a transaction.
- Stored in the US
- Data lives in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Render in a United States region, used only to produce your reporting.
- Never sold
- We don't sell your data and don't share it with anyone beyond the infrastructure providers needed to run the service.
- Yours to switch off
- Disconnect the app from inside QuickBooks at any time and collection stops immediately. You can ask us to delete what we already hold.
